PURPOSE:To compensate automatically the offset at a zero point and the drift owing to a temp. fluctuation with a pressure transducer by synchronizing the timing period for branching and connecting the output from a detecting means with the period of a pressure introducing means. CONSTITUTION:The movement of a stop valve 42 is synchronized with the movement of a stop valve 41. A difference in the pressure of the gas passing through a conduit 38 and the pressure of the gas passing through a conduit 39 strains the diaphragm 13 of a pressure sensor 3, thereby causing a change in the voltage output from a bridge circuit. The bridge circuit constituted of gage resistors 1 is formed atop the diaphragm 13. Said circuit is connected by an output voltage terminal to a differential amplifier circuit 52. A switch circuit 54 is synchronized with the valves 41 and 42. The signal of 62 is connected to a connecting terminal in a period 1 and the signal of 62 is connected to a connecting terminal 59 in a period 2. A delay circuit 53 shifts the phase by half the period of the circuit 54. |
