PURPOSE:To always obtain an optimum belt slackening amount and ensure safety for crew by causing the working of a motor only within a predetermined time set with a time setting means. CONSTITUTION:A control means 30 is inputted with signals from a car speed pulse generator 34 and a low acceleration detector 35. On the other hand, the output of said means 30 is inputted to the electrodes of a motor 25 and a solenoid 20. Furthermore, the means 30 is connected with a time setting means 31. This means 31 sets the required time, according to the operation of the motor 25, and when the time as set has elapsed, inputs a finish signal to the means 30. In the means 30 as aforesaid, the pulse generator 34 detects car speed, an optimum belt slackening amount delta is calculated according to the car speed, the motor 25 is made to rotate for adjusting the tension of the belt and sets the required time Ts, thereby preventing the running of the motor 25 longer than said time Ts. |
