PURPOSE:To eliminate the preparatory jobs including the arrangement of pages, the arrangement by type, etc. by storing the identification information on all pages read out of the first recording medium after dividing said information for each type of codes. CONSTITUTION:A size equivalent to all page number 4 is secured in a writing area on an optical disk 13 based on the result of recognition of a character recognizing part 9 and for each information number 3. Then the head address of each page is decided, and addresses are designated for each page number 5. As a result, the pages are sorted and arranged automatically and recorded on the disk 13 after the document of the first page is read even though those pages are not sorted every information or disordered. When this picture information is read out, both the information number and its instruction are supplied from a keyboard 15. Thus a write/read part 12 reads out the written area on the disk 13 from its head part. Then the picture information is delivered in the form of a hard copy or a picture display through a controller 11, a buffer memory 7 and then an output part 14. |
