PURPOSE:To obtain a product which is strong and produce no noise due to vibration, by providing a semi-spherical net to an upper side groove of a ring with H cross section and a bowl shape net without bottom to a lower side groove, and caulking the inside of the H type ring with a roller. CONSTITUTION:An end 2a of a windshield 2 made of a semi-spherical net is inserted to an upper groove of a ring 4 with H type cross section and an end 3a of a windshield 3 made of a bowl type net without bottom is inserted to a lower side groove. The thickness of an outer ring 4b of the ring 4 is thicker than an inner ring 4'a. The net forming the wind shield is intruded by caulking the inner ring 4'a while pressing a press roller at the outside and the inside of the ring 4 for fixing. A screw 6b of the ring 6 is fitted to a grip of a microphone via a coupling 8. Thus, a product which is strong and causes no noise due to vibration can be made. |
