PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply and surely allocate a cargo vehicle to a predetermined position, by engaging an elevatable and retractable male member provided with a tire chock, with a female member which is secured to a platform. CONSTITUTION:When a cargo vehicle is moved backward and stopped at a predetermined position on a platform, parallel links 9, 10 are rotated by extending an elevating cylinder 13 to raise inner and outer cylinders 11, 12 in order to disengage a male member 16 from a female member 8. Then, the inner cylinder 12 is moved forward further from the outer cylinder 11 by extending a retractable cylinder 14. When a tire chock 6 abuts against a rear wheel RW, the extension of the retractable cylinder 14 is ceased, and as well the elevating cylinder 13 is retracted to rotate the parallel links 9, 10 downward. As a result, the male member 16 is engaged with the female member 8, the tire chock is fastened in the predetermined position, that is, the rear wheel WR is surely abutted against the tire chock 6. |
