摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the resistance of a substrate to dissolution in a liq. crystal and the heat resistance by forming a polarizer on one side of a polyester film stretched by >=5% only in one direction and an electrically conductive transparent film on the other side. CONSTITUTION:A polyester film stretched by >=5%, practically 50-800% only in one direction and subjected to heat set is used in this invention. The film has heat resistance and chemical resistance. A polarizer of about 5-50mum thickness is formed on one side of the polyester film by an adhering means with an adhesive. An electrically conductive transparent film is then formed on the other side by combining indium with tin. The resistance of the resulting substrate to dissolution in a liq. crystal and the heat resistance can be improved. |
