PURPOSE:To efficiently discharge cooling water from a drain port by forming, in concentration, drain ports connected to the chambers on the both sides of a partitioning plate at the position opposed to the partitioning plate on the bottom part of a lower tank and closing the drain port by a drain plug. CONSTITUTION:In a lower tank 3, a partitioning plate 30 is installed to divide the first-side chamber 15 and the second-side chamber 16. A drain port 31 is formed at the position opposed to the partitioning plate 30 on the bottom part 19 of the lower tank 3. Said drain port 31 is formed by connecting the both chambers 15 and 16, and two drain ports 31a and 31b are formed in concentration. At the drain port 31, a drain plug 32 is installed by screwing the screw 35 on the outer surface of the drain plug 32 into the screw 34 on the inner surface of a cylindrical part 33 formed onto the lower part of the partitioning plate 30. Therefore, cooling water can be discharged efficiently in the necessary time without forming a drainage hole having a large dimension onto the partitioning plate 30. |
