Device for sampling of hot and humid atmospheres. The device comprises a detector 1 connected to the enclosure 2 by a suction circuit comprising in succession a condenser 7, a pump 6 and an analysis chamber 11 containing the detector 1 and connected to the enclosure by a return duct 5; it being possible for the circuit to be passed through by the gas in one or the other direction, by actuating the solenoid valves 12 and 13. Application to the analysis and to the control of atmospheres of hot and humid enclosures, in particular in ovens. <IMAGE>
