SOLAR-RAY POWER GENERATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To constitute a solar-ray power generating system at low cost while also facilitating manufacture by mounting an electrode for connection to a stacked section between unit tabular blanks to which a substance generating photovoltage is fitted. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous Si solar cell section 2 is formed to the surface of a pantile 1 in a thin-film shape. Connecting pins 3 for connecting the cell are formed to the pantile 1. The cell section 2 is constituted by an electrode 5 electrically connected to the pins 3 and an amorphous Si solar cell 6. A transparent electrode is used as an electrode 7 fitted on the upper surface of the solar cell because solar rays must be transmitted. The electrode 7 is connected electrically to pin holes 4 receiving the pins 3. According to such constitution, a solar-ray power generating system can be utilized for general homes in a large scale without special work and technical knowledge.
