PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of a movable head by gearing the teeth provided on the outercircumference with the rack teeth then moving the movable head along the rack teeth and rotating the parts holder by required angle while holding parts. CONSTITUTION:A head 3 movable in the directions of X, Y axis is mounted with an up/down sliding board 10 fixed with the holder body 9 while slidably in the direction of Z-axis. A tubular holder 13 is screwed in the direction of Z-axis on the lower face of body 9 to fit the tubular base 15 of parts holder 5 rotatably while in parallel with Z-axis. Gears 16 are provided on the outercircumference of said base 15 while a bit 17 for sucking the parts is mounted on the innercicumferential face while slidably in the direction of Z-axis. A rack supporting frame 19 is secured at the mounting section to journal the rack board 21 having rack teeth 21a rotatably to be geared with the gear 16. When moving along the rack teeth 21a, the parts holder 5 will rotate to rotate the part P. |
