The support consists of an elastic foot plate 1 with a friction-increasing profile provided on its underside and a sheet-metal plate (2) secured on its top side. The foot plate (1) and the sheet-metal plate (2) have a square shape. Two mutually adjoining edges (5, 6) of the sheet-metal plate (2) are bent upwards approximately at right angles. The sheet-metal plate (2) is furthermore provided with a downward-pointing bead (4) and the cavity (10) thereby formed on the surface of the sheet-metal plate (2) is filled with elastic material. <IMAGE>
