METHOD OF METAL WORKING BY USING LASER

摘要

PURPOSE:To work a metal with the capacity exceeding laser output and to improve quality by sharing the energy that can be substd. with a heat source different from the laser beam with then 2nd heat source. CONSTITUTION:A material to be worked is heated by the 2nd heat source 2 spaced at a prescribed distance from a laser beam condenser 1. Otherwise the material preheated by the 3rd heat source is heated by the 2nd heat source 2. The metal is worked by a laser beam 4 right after heating by the 2nd heat source. A part of the energy of the laser beam is shared by the 2nd and 3rd heat sources different from the beam 4 by the above-mentioned method, by which the metal is worked at the capacity exceeding the laser output and the quality thereof is improved.
