PURPOSE:To prevent the floating of a blade during cutting by constituting a cutting tool so as to reliably exert the press-fit effect of a pin at the center portion in the longitudinal axis direction of the blade. CONSTITUTION:A blade fitting groove 1a is formed on the outer periphery of an assembly hob main body 1, the fitting handle section 2a of a blade 2 is inserted and fixed there, and pin press-fit grooves 3, 4 for press-fitting a pin 5 respectively and having a V-shaped cross section are formed on the side walls of the groove 1a and the blade 2 facing each other. The groove 3 of the groove 1a of the main body 1 is formed in parallel with the longitudinal axis, on the other hand, the pin press-fit groove 4 of the blade 2 is formed so that its center section is made convex against the groove 3 of the groove 1a in the peripheral direction, thus the distance between the coupling surface 2a of the groove 3 facing the center and the coupling surface 4a of the groove 4 facing the periphery is made minimum at the center portion. Accordingly, the floating of the blade during cutting can be prevented. |
