PURPOSE:To increase the test accuracy with elimination of a personal error as well as labor-saving by using a tester containing a measuring counter, a time counter and a start-stop circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a test is carried out on the basis of time, the standard time value is set to a time counter 2 and a selection switch 5 is set at the side of the counter 2. When a start button 6 is pushed after setting the values of a measuring counter 1 and the counter 2 at zero respectively, both counters start counting in response to the output of an integrator. When the count value of the counter 2 reaches the set time, the counter 2 delivers a fixed time signal 13 to stop both counters. The count value of the counter 1 obtained at that time point is equal to the desired value. In case the test is carried out on the basis of the measured value, the reference value is set at the counter 1 and the switch 5 is set at the side of the counter 1. Then the button 6 is pushed in the same way. Thus a fixed time signal 12 is delivered from the counter 1 to stop the operations of both counters. The value of the counter 2 at this time point is divided by 50 or 60 to obtain the desired time. |
