<p>The invention relates to a training, sporting, exercise and game apparatus, especially for strengthening the muscles of the legs and/or feet, having a baseplate on which two foot-plates are mounted to be displaceable against the force of springs or the like, and at the front end of which a perpendicular support with two handles may or may not be attached. The object of the invention is to provide such an apparatus which permits exercising of the muscles which take effect during bending of the ankle and/or of the knee. This object is achieved in that each foot-plate is articulated on the baseplate in the region of the ball of the foot by means of a transverse axis and is pivotable in a vertical plane towards the baseplate against the force of the spring, for example a leg spring, and/or is guided displaceably between two guides, which extend upwards in a vertical direction away from the baseplate, against the force of the springs or the like. <IMAGE></p> |
