PURPOSE:To permit to wash fats and fatty oils in a short period of time with small amount of washing water by a method wherein the washing water, which has washed inner walls or baffle plates, is flowed down sequentially through clearances provided between the inner walls and the baffle plates to flow down and wash the surfaces of the inner walls, which are covered by the baffle plates. CONSTITUTION:When a fan 19 is stopped and a hot-water supplying device is actuated, hot-water, containing a detergent, is sprayed from spray nozzles 9 through hot-water supplying pipes and washes the fats and fatty oils adhered on the inner walls 13 or baffle plates 10. In this case, the washing water, which has washed the inner walls 13 and the baffle plates 10, is stagnated in V-grooves formed by the inner walls 13 and the baffle plates 10, passes through the clearances 14 provided between the inner walls 13 and the baffle plates 10, washes thoroughly the inner walls 13 by flowing along the inner walls 13, which are covered by the baffle plates 10, and is discharged out of a water discharging pipe after flowing down sequentially. |
