PURPOSE:To prevent reduction in durability of a brake member, by providing a lubricating oil retainer for preventing a lubricating oil supplied to a slide surface from being flown away or scattered. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical grease retainer 15 is provided at such a position as to be offset from a frictional inner peripheral surface of a second brake member 11 to an inside diameter side by a predetermined distance. The grease retainer 15 may be projectingly formed integrally with the brake member 11, or the grease retainer 15 as independently formed may be mounted to the brake member 11 by fitting, bonding or other fixing means. With this arrangement, even when a temperature of engaged surfaces of a first brake member 7 and the brake member 11 increases because of slide of the engaged surfaces, and a viscosity of lubricating oil A is reduced, the oil may be prevented from flowing away to an inside diameter side by the grease retainer 15. |
