摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate errors in image processing of plural sensors by arranging the 2nd sensor in 180 deg. inversion relation when plural sensors are provided in the same visual field and signals from the sensors are provided. CONSTITUTION:Two bodies 13 and 14 (e.g. magnetic heads) arranged on a base 12 so that, for example, the head 14 is arranged on a CCD sensor 31 and the head 13 is inverted by 180 deg. and arranged are image-formed on the sensor 32 through a camera lens 11. The sensors 31 and 32 are arranged symmetrically about the optical axis 15 of the lens 11. Output signals of the sensors 31 and 32 are coded by binarization signals 40 and 50 into binarization signals having levels corresponding to, for example, a magnetic gap part and other parts. An image processing circuit 60 is stored with scanning output signals of magnetic gaps in respective addresses of a memory according to the binarization signals corresponding to scanning lines and coordinate values X, Y, and Z of them are calculated to measure the distance between the two points accurately. The sensor 32 is inverted by 180 deg., so errors in image processing of the plural sensors are eliminated.
