The compounds of the general formula I see diagramm : EP0133407,P16,F4 in which R**1 and R**2 each independently represent an alkyl group having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or R**1 and R**2 together represent an alkylene group having 4 or 5 carbon atoms, and R**3 represents -H, a lower alkyl group or a -NH2 group, as well as the corresponding ketals and the addition salts of the compounds of formula I, and the solutions containing the said compounds or addition salts, with the exception of the compound of formula I in which R**1 = R**2 = CH3 and R**3 = CH3 .
