PURPOSE:To make use of excessive output effectively by installing a press member in linkage with a spool of a servo valve through a spring, wherein the servo valve is to control a regulator. CONSTITUTION:When a pump 3 comes into a load operating state and the pressure in a discharge circuit 7 has risen, this pressure is conducted to a chamber 26 to allow a press member 25 to push a spool of a servo valve 10 through a spring 22, a press piston 24 and a rod 17. Thereby the servo valve 10 introduces the pressure fluid from a circuit 12 into a large dia. chamber 15 of piston 8 to allow it to operate so that the capacity of a pump 2 is lessened. If discharge pressure of the pump 3 further rises, the abovementioned press member 25 is restrained by a stopper 23 and does not apply its force to the spool of servo valve 10 any more, so that the spool is now operable only by means of the self- discharging pressure of the pump 2. |
