PURPOSE:To prevent the straw dust, etc. from being caught in a measuring part and to prevent the accuracy of measurement from being deteriorated by attaching a stationary side electrode provided in a grain layer to a disc, rotating the same and making a moving side electrode freely attachable and detachable to and from the stationary side electrode. CONSTITUTION:A cover 8 is in an upper position in an ordinary state prior to measurement and therefore there is almost no contact of grains with a stationary eletrode 9. The measurement is started by conducting electricity to a step motor 11 and rotating a disc 6 via a horizontal through-shaft 5 to bring the cover 8 to the lower side. The straw dust, etc. caught by said cover are thus removed and the grains remain in a dense state on the inside surface of the electrode 9 so as to be ready for measurement. When a moving electrode 19 is rotated via a rotating cylinder 20 and a key 21 by conducting electricity to a step motor 19, the electrode 18 is screwed to a moving electrode rest 15 and is therefore brought into contact with the electrode 9. The grains are then grasped by the tip of the electrode 18 and the inside surface of the electrode 9, by which the moisture thereof is measured. |
