PURPOSE:To carry out a safe and simple salvaging work for a submerged ship, for forming a plurality of inderwater opening ports at required positions in the compartment of the submerged ship, and as well by feeding a buoyant material into the ship through a pressure feed pipe to give a predetermined buoyancy to the ship. CONSTITUTION:A suitable number of underwater opening ports 8 are formed at required positions in the compartment of a submerged ship 7. Further, a pressure feed pipe 6 is connected between a pumping device 4 on a support ship 1 and the submerged ship 7. Spherical substances 2 on the support ship 1 is fed under pressure into the submerged ship 7 through the pressure feed pump 6 by means of compressed air. With this arrangement a required buoyancy may be given to the submerged ship 7 by means of the spherical buoyant substances 2. |
