PURPOSE:To improve energy collection rate by controlling fluid pressure with a pressure regulating valve in case that control limits by a variable stationary blade is got over, in a turbine plant provided in the exhaust gas system of a blast furnace plant. CONSTITUTION:A turbine plant 11 is provided in the exhaust gas system of a blast furnace plant 1. In case of ordinary operation of the turbine plant 1, a pressure regulating valve 7 is completely closed and the furnace top pressure of a blast furnace 2 is controlled by a variable stationary blade 15. And when the exhaust gas of the blast furnace 2 is extraordinarily increased and the control limits of the variable stationary blade 15 are got over, the pressure regulating valve 7 are opened and the furnace top pressure are controlled. Thus, a speed governing valve is eliminated from the turbine plant 11 and instead, the furnace top pressure can be controlled by an angle of the variable stationary blade 15, thereby an energy collection rate of the turbine plant 11 can be increased. |
