The adjustable clamp ring is divided at least at one point (5). It has at least one inner (8) and one outer end part (6), with the inner one having outwards directed teeth (9), and the outer one (6) inwards directed teeth. The two end parts overlap one another with their teeth engaged. - To eliminate any discontinuity at the dividing point, the ring has outwards directed guide surfaces (11) in the inner end part teeth running outwards from the ring inner periphery, and inclined away from the rear parts (15) of the inner end part. Similar guide surfaces run in opposite directions from the outer end part teeth (7). |
