PURPOSE:To rapidly and accurately adjust a rotary cylinder even if the cylinder is disposed at any position by normally rotating the cylinder until exceeding a base point, then reversely rotating over the base point, and then normally rotating from the position of the base point to the set position of processing. CONSTITUTION:A motor 3 is rotated in a normal direction at a high speed by a start command, and when a sensor 7 detects a basis point detector 6, it is temporarily stopped. It is then rotated reversely until the sensor 7 detects the detector 6, normally rotated at a high speed by the second start command, the number of pulses from a pulse generator 5 are counted from the moment that the detector 6 is detected by the sensor 7, and the motor 3 is rotated at a low speed at the prescribed speed shifting point. When the counted value of the pulses reaches the stopping point before the target point, the energization of the motor 3 is stopped, and the cylinder which is rotating by the inertia is stopped at the target point |
