PURPOSE:To simply attach or detach an ink jet recording head in a short time by detachably coupling an ink liquid chamber to an ink supply tube through an elastic hollow member provided at a part of the chamber. CONSTITUTION:An elastic hollow member 13 is secured to the opposite side of a nozzle 3 inside the bottom of an ink liquid chamber 2', engaged with an ink supply tube 14 secured onto a carriage 10 to couple the tube 14 and the chamber 2'. An ink leakage preventing projection is provided in the hollow portion of the member, a filter 16 is further provided in the hollow portion, thereby preventing a foreign material from entering the chamber at the attaching and detaching time. |
