PURPOSE:To prevent a thrust bearing from generating heat or wearing by disposing an elastic member between the bearing and a thrust case. CONSTITUTION:A thrust retainer 23 contacts a thrust disc 22, and is supported by a thrust retaining support 24. Further, the support 24 is pivotally supported at a pivot 25. A spring 26 is disposed in a recess 27 of a thrust case 15 to elastically press the pivot 25 to a load side. When a shaft 14 is largely expanded by high temperature and the length of the shaft 14 increases in the structure, the spring 26 is deflected to absorb the axial expansion of the shaft 14. Thus, it can prevent the bearing from generating heat or abrading. |
