PURPOSE:To utilize effectively a transmission line by providing a setting means setting a waiting time to each station so as to transmit information again after a waiting time specific to each station is elapsed when the collision of information occurs on a transmisson line. CONSTITUTION:The transmission system consists of plural stations 1 having information transmission/reception function and the transmission line 2 transmitting information between the stations 1. Each station 1 is provided with a word processor 3, a microcomputer (MPU) 4 conducting communication control, an ROM5 storing a program executed by the MPU4 and an RAM6 storing fluctuating information. Further, a switch 8 is connected to the RAM6 of the station 1 and the switch 8 inputs the waiting time specific to each station 1 to the RAM6 and sets it in advance in the ROM5. Then the information is received and transmitted via an interface transceiver 7 and when the collision occurs on the transmission line 2, the transmisson is restarted after the specific waiting time. |
