PURPOSE:To accurately form an ink passage and the inner shape of a nozzle by sealing an ink passage slot integrally formed at the first substrate with filler, then fusion-bonding it to the second substrate, and removing the filler. CONSTITUTION:Engineering plastic is injection-molded to integrally mold a nozzle 3, an ink supply passage 4, a compressing chamber 5 and the slot of a filter chamber 6, and the slot is sealed with filler 7 such as PVA. After the fusion- bonding surface is flattened by lapping, the second substrate 8 is pressure-fusion- bonded with a solvent, and the filler is then dissolved and removed from the slot. |
