PURPOSE:To contrive easing of electric field at the ridge part of a core yoke part by a method wherein an insulator of L-shaped cross section is closely contacted along the ridge part of the core yoke part. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 24 having L-shaped cross section consisting of Kraft pulp is attached in a close-contacted manner to the ridge part (edge part) 22 of a core yoke part 10 which is facing a winding 14. Said insulator 24 is attached in such a manner that it is covering the whole surface of the ridge part 22 along the longitudinal direction of the ridge part 22 of the core yoke part 10. A core yoke part insulating layer 26 is arranged between the core yoke part 10 and the winding 14 in such a manner that it is covering the multistaged face of the core yoke part 10. The desired thickness (t) of the insulator is 2-5mm., but is can be increased or decreased according to the intensity of electric field. Because the insulator is interposed between the insulating oil and the ridge part 22 of the core yoke part 10, the electric field on the boundary of insulating oil is reduced by the amount of distance where the insulator 24 is interposed. Accordingly, the electric field of the ridge part 22 of the core yoke part 10 can be eased. |
