PURPOSE:To reduce the loss factor of an optical path having the large quantity of light and to reduce the electric power required for a light source by setting the optical path so that the number of reflectors to be arrnged on a latent image formation optical path of a photosensitive body having low photosensitivity less than that to be arranged on a latent image formation optical path of a photosensitive body having high photosensitivity. CONSTITUTION:An original put on an original platen 1 is irradiated by a lamp 2 and carried to a half mirror 7 through the 1st mirror 3, the 2nd mirror 4, the 3rd mirror 5, and an image formation lens 6. The 1st light flux reflected by the half mirror 7 is made incident on the 1st photosensitive drum 11, a photosensitive drum for black e.g., through the 4th and 5th mirrors 8, 9 to expose the drum 11. The 2nd light flux transmitted through the half mirror 7 is reflected by the 6th mirror 10 and made incident to the 2nd photosensitive drum 12, a photosensitive drum for read e.g. The photosensitivity of the 1st photosensitive drum 11 is set higher than that of the 2nd photosensitive drum and respective mirrors 8-10 are arranged so that the optical length of the 1st light flux coincides with that of the 2nd light flux. |
