PURPOSE:To reduce the required number of insulating steps by insulating only the portion to be inserted into a slot of a core with mica sheet or a mica tape, and insulating the other portion with thermosetting powder synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A mica sheet or tape is wound only on a portion to be inserted into a slot of a core 12 which has an extension to form the first insulating layer 11. Thermosetting powder synthetic resin is dipped and coated at least several times to all of coil ends 2 such as noise units 3 and lead units 4 to form the second insulating layer 14. |
