PURPOSE:To perform the titled molding method wherein distribution of the temperature of the resin is made uniform and burr formed between a pot and a plunger is effectively removed, by rotating at least one of the pot for plasticizing a resin and the plunger for forcing the resin. CONSTITUTION:For example, a thermosetting resin (e.g. epoxy resins, etc.) is charged into a pot 5, then is melted and softened by a heater, and is injected via gates 4 by a plunger 6 into cavities 1, 3. When the injection is carried out, the plunger 6 is rotated by a motor 7, and molding is effected while the pot 5 is rotated via a gear 9 by a motor 8. |
