PURPOSE:To get sufficient power joining a target holding axis with a rotor proper by providing the outside of the base center of a material for the rotor proper with a hole for inserting the target holding axis while the inside of the base center with a small hole for flesh escape respectively. CONSTITUTION:A hole 22 for inserting a target holding axis is perforated outside the base center of a material 21 for a rotor proper processed in advance into the bottomed and cylindrical shape, while a hole 23 for flesh escape smaller than the hole 22 for inserting the target holding axis is perforated inside the base center respectively. A rod material 24 for the target holding axis made of a heat-resisting metal material such as molybdenum or a molybdenum alloy has a peripheral groove 25 formed near the upper end. The rod material 24 for the target holding axis is first inserted in and the material 21 for the rotor proper is inserted into its upper part while holding its bottom downward for forging the bottom of the material 21 for the rotor proper with pressure by lowering a punch 19. By said forging with pressure, the bottom of the material 21 for the rotor proper is easily plastic-deformed for being joint with the rod material 24 for the target holding axis. |
