On the drive shaft (2) of the motor (1) there is a hydraulic torque transducer (14) with a primary (P) and a secondary pump blade wheel (TU). The secondary shaft (3) bears at the end a bevel gear wheel (4) which is simultaneously in engagement with the two ring gear wheels (5, 6). The hub sleeves (5', 6') of the ring gear wheels are seated on the transversely located transmission axle (7) which has at each end a clutch (5', 9 and 6', 10). Depending on the desired direction of travel, forwards (E) or backwards (T), the transmission axle is coupled by means of these couplings to one or other ring gear wheel (5 or 6) rotating in the opposite direction. The drive is provided from the gear wheel (8) which is seated fixedly on the transmission axle (7) via the step-down gearing (11, 11') to the drive shaft (12) of the mobile machine (for example a diesel locomotive). The force transmission device permits jolt-free starting up and switching over at any time into any direction of travel even whilst the machine is moving. When switching over during travel, the device automatically triggers the braking process until the machine comes to a standstill and automatically triggers the starting up in the opposite direction. <IMAGE> |
