<p>In its "on" position the contact is pressed against a spring by a lever system connected to an operating element. It is held beyond its dead centre by a lever released by the trips. The lever system consists of a swivelling lever (8) hinged by one end on a first slide (9) movable at a right angle to the switch lever (4). Its other end is hinged on a second slide (7), movable by the operating element (5) in a direction at a right angle to that of the first slide. The swivelling lever end, movable in an elongated hole (12) in the second slide, rests on the lever (3).</p> |
