The derivatives of aldohexoses of formula [I were prepd., where R is hydroxy, amino or substd. carbonyl group; X1 and X2 are each NR15 or oxygen; R15 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; R1 and R4 are each hydrogen, acyl or hydroxy protective group; R6 is hydrogen, acyl or hydroxy protective group; R3,R5,R7,R13 and R14 are each independently hydrogen or lower alkyl; R8 is lower alkyl or phenyl-lower alkyl; R9 and R10 are each hydroxy or substd. amino; R11 is hydrogen or substd. carbonyl; and R12 is hydroxy or substd. amino group.
