PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering in capacity, by providing a plurality of blades to a shroud for holding the cutter of a rotor so as to direct the same to a radial direction. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 8 has a shroud 11 radially provided with a front vane 17 as a large number of blades directed to an almost radius direction and the base part thereof is connected to a hub 18. The leading end of the front vane 17 in the inlet side has a roundness with a wall thickness (t) and about 1/2 radius (r). By providing this front vane 17, the suction action of the rotor becomes strong and a fluid can be sent to a rotor cutter 10 and stator cutters 12, 13 in a stable state. |
