PURPOSE:To increase the output by a method wherein a substrate having a curved surface form insulation surface is provided with a plurality of photoelectric conversion regions so as to intersect the crest line of the substrate surface. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the photoelectric conversion regions 2 are adhered at constant intervals on the insulation surface of the substrate 1 formed into a roof tile by means of a material, such as glass, having photo transparency and insulation property. Each of the regions 2 is arranged so as to intersect the crest line 6 of the curved line of the substrate surface. The amount of power generation in each light receiving part A, B, and C is different according to the inclination of the solar ray, and the amount varies with the movement of the sun; however, the photoelectric amount each of the regions generates becomes equal, and accordingly the output power can be effectively led out in the case of the series connection of each region. |
