<p>PURPOSE:To effectively perform purification by the synergistic action of useful anaerobic bacteria and clay mineral, by uniformly mixing the useful anaerobic bacteria having the decomposition action of an org. substance with the clay mineral to adsorb and immobilize the same with the particles of said clay mineral. CONSTITUTION:A useful anaerobic microorganism is innoculated to an org. substance such as sugar, protein, cellulose or lignin and selectively propagated under an anaerobic condition to decompose the aforementioned org. substance while the obtained decomposed product is uniformly adsorbed along with the aforementioned microorganism with clay mineral such as montmorillonite and both of them are immobilized with the particles of said clay mineral to obtain a filter material for purifying sewage. As the useful anaerobic microorganism, there is one by compositely culturing a composite anaerobic microorganism group comprising almost all of anaerobic bacteria, yeast fungi or lactic bacteria. The aforementioned filter material is used as it is or used by packing in each layer of a forcible evaporation apparatus with the filter material after mixing the other soil with said filter material.</p> |
