PURPOSE:To improve barrier properties, mechanical strength, etc. by extruding a mixture, in which not less than 10wt% low-density polyethylene is compounded to high-density polyethylene, onto the surface of a base material sheet under a melted state and laminating it on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A mixture in which not less than 10% low-density polyethylene is compounded to high-density polyethylene is extruded under a melted state and laminated on the surface of a base material sheet, such as papers such as craft paper, aluminum foil, cellophane, etc. Polyethylene, (d) thereof is 0.957 and MI thereof is 18, or one, (d) thereof is 0.947 and MI thereof is 21, or the like is used as high-density one, and polyethylene, (d) thereof is 0.928 and MI thereof is 4, or one, (d) thereof is 0.918 and MI thereof is 9, or the like is employed as low- density one. The mixture displays adhesive properties sufficient to the base material sheet under approximately the same conditions as conventional polyethylene extrusion laminating processing as the conditions of processing. |
