PURPOSE:To improve detecting accuracy, by electrostatically shielding both magnetoresistance circuits of series circuits having a pair or more of magnetoresistance bodies to each other. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 4 forms a parallel magnetic field H. A plate shaped magnetic body 3 comprising a ferromagnetic body is formed so that the height is several mm., the width is several mm., and the thickness if about 0.5mm.. A magnetoresistance body 1 comprising InSb has the thickness of about 5mum, the width of 0.3mm., the length of 1mm., and the height of about 1.5mm.. Conductor paths 5 are formed by a copper film, and electrostatic shielding bodies 10 and 11 are formed by phosphorus bronze. A rod shaped part 2 having regular recessed and protruded parts 21 and 22 is moved in the direction of arrows A. Magnetoresistance bodies 1a and 1b and the like are provided so that they are separated by about 0.3mm.. The electrostatic shielding bodies 10 and 11 are grounded. When a cosine wave of about 5V is applied across terminals 11 and 15, a part between the terminals 13 and 11 and the part between the terminals 15 and 16 can be suppressed to the generation of the voltage of about 35-45% of the conventional voltage owing to the electrostatic induction. |
