PURPOSE:To enable improved hygienic control, by packing a kneaded ingredient for HANPEN (cake of pounded fish) into a heat-resistant plastic container, fusing a cover plate to the opening part of the container under heating, heating the container so that the ingredient for HANPEN is expanded to fill the container. CONSTITUTION:The kneaded ingredient 1 for HANPEN is packed into the heat- resistant plastic container 2 having an inner face coated with a release agent, the cover plate 3 having an inner face coated with the release agent is fused to the opening part of the container 2 under heating, the container is heated at 80- 85 deg.C for 15-20min, and the ingredient 1 is expanded to fill the container 2. Consequently, the container is sealed completely without requiring processing by hands at all, with improved product durability, and good hygienic control can be carried out. Mass production can be carried out by eliminating processing by hands at all. Since the container is completely sealed, the raw material will not melt during boiling process, flavor is not released, and taste can be kept good. |
