PURPOSE:To facilitate rising and falling of a windmill iron tower, by a method wherein a windmill is installed to the one side of a tower body and a balance weight is mounted to the other side, and the center part of gravity of the tower body is coupled to a device, rotating the tower body to a given position, through a pivotally supporting pin. CONSTITUTION:A windmill 1 is mounted to the one side of a tower body 2, a balance weight 3 is installed to the other side and the center of gravity part is supported to a tower body supporting device 6 by means of a pivotally supporting pin 4. A handle 9 is attached to the pivotally supporting pin 4, and the handle 9 is coupled to a winch 5 on a ground through a wire 10. Since the tower body 2 is secured by a support tool 8 during operation of the wind mill, the tower body 2 can be brought into a fall through driving of the winch 5 after removal of the support tool 8. |
