PURPOSE:To reduce variation in torque while making a rotation smooth, and prevent seizure by forming a sealing material for bearing using rubber compound in which microcapsules containing lubricating agent are dispersed. CONSTITUTION:Microcapsules in which lubricating oil is contained, are mingled into the mixture of a rubber material and a compounding agent which are being kneaded, so as to obtain a desired compounding for molding. A material in which the microcapsules are dispersed in the rubber compounding material by means of a roll, is vulcanizingly molded by an ordinary bearing sealing-material molding press and, then, vulcanizingly molded by a desired bearing sealing-material molding press, to obtain a desired sealing material for bearing. Thereby, a seal lip part can always be supplied with oil making a rotation smooth. |
