PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in durability for a valve, by making up a cylindrical part, which is internally fitted in a bearing part in a valve cage, in an internal chill part for a metallic valve stem of an FRP-make valve body. CONSTITUTION:An FRP-make valve cage 1 installing both of a bearing part 1a having a through hole and another bearing part 1b having a bottomed hole is divided into two parts being coupled by a joining part 3. An FRP-make internal chill part 7 for an FRP-make valve stem 5 and a metallic valve stem 6 being inserted into a bottomed hole is solidly formed in an FRP-make valve body 4 as one body. Then, a cylindrical part 7a of the internal chill part 7 is fitly installed in the bearing part 1a while the valve stem 5 into another bearing part 16 free of rotation, respectively. The valve stem 6 extends outward the valve cage 1 and performes on-off operations in the valve body by means of a handle or a driving device. |
