PURPOSE:To improve the function of a governor-free operation by adjusting fuel supplied to a gas turbine and controlling its output on the bisis of speed settlement rate of the gas turbine and by keeping the speed settlement rate of the whole plant to a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:From a speed set value-signal outputted from a speed setting device 2, and a signal of the actual number of revolution of a gas turbine, proportional operations of plant speed settlement rate R and a gain are performed by applying a operational amplifier 4 to the deviation signal obtained by a substractor 3. On the other hand, a gain-correction value is outputted from a function generator 16, in response to a load signal, and the speed settlement rate RG of the gas turbine is obtained by multiplying the correction value-output by the output of an operational amplifier 4 through a multiplier 17. Further, flow rate of fuel is controlled by supplying speed settlement rate RG to a fuel- adjusting valve 6 through a servo-amplifier 5. Thus, the output of the gas turbine is controlled and the speed settlement rate R is kept to a fixed level. |
