PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate tapered plate by shifting a sheet cam synchronizing with rotation of roll pieces through meshing of a pinion with a rack. CONSTITUTION:A plate is inserted between roll pieces 9, 11 and roll pieces 10, 14. A sheet cam 15 is inserted between a guide roll 16 and a moving block 17, and a cam follower 23 is engaged with a guide groove. A pinion 22 meshes with a rack 21 of the sheet cam 15, and the sheet cam 15 moves synchronizing with rotation of roll pieces 10, 13, 14. Moving force of the moving block 17 is transmitted to the lower moving roll piece 14 through an engagement member 18 and a hook receiving ring 20, and both moving roll pieces 13, 14 move in a body. Accordingly, the distance between fixed roll pieces 9, 10 and moving roll pieces 13, 14 changes depending on the engagement position of the guide groove and the cam follower 23. The width of the plate formed passing through the position also changes, and the plate is formed in tapered shape. |
