PURPOSE:To control the fuel injection properly in accordance to the engine conditions such as normal operation or transient operation under start, by providing normal and transient measuring means. CONSTITUTION:Under transient operation such as starting, a control signal is provided to a transient measuring means 79 to communicate between the ports 81 and 83 thus to drain the measuring oil through a measuring oil branch 75 into a tank 77. Here the amount of said measuring oil is upto 50% of the measuring oil entering into the measuring oil chamber 69 of normal measuring means 59 under normal operation with full load. Consequently, under transient operation such as starting, combined amount of measuring oil from the transient and normal measuring means 79, 59 corresponding to 150% of that under normal operation with full-load is drained through the operating oil chamber 11. Consequently, plenty amount of fuel corresponding to the measured oil is supercharged in the injection process from the fuel chamber 13 through the fuel injection nozzle 101. |
