PURPOSE:To produce complex enzyme imparted with esterase activity while keeping the lipase activity of the component unchanged, by mixing lipase produced by a bacterial strain belonging to Pseudomonas genus with a specific nonionic surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective enzyme is produced by mixing (A) a lipase produced by a bacterial strain belonging to Pseudomonas genus with (B) a nonionic surface active agent having polyoxyethylene group as the hydrophilic group and alkyl group as the oleophilic group (e.g. polyoxyethylene decyl ether, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, etc.) to effect the bonding of both components. The molar ratio of the nonionic surface active agent to the lipase is >=10. |
